IPHorizons , Law firm of Naren Thappeta is founded by Naren Thappeta, an expert Intellectual property lawyer practicing in India and USA with a team experienced in all aspects of Intellectual property and diverse technologies. Our mission is to bring to you an entire spectrum of end-to-end solutions for Intellectual property. We are team of experienced professionals in diverse areas and technologies with qualification and vast experience in every aspect Intellectual property law, starting with educating, counseling and all the way to representing you in IP matters be it searches, drafting and filing, prosecuting and litigation. We endeavor to represent start-ups, small, medium and large companies as well as individuals.

Our founder & CEO

Naren Thappeta is a US patent attorney (registered with US Patent Office in 1995) and chief mentor in the Bangalore Operation. He founded the Firm in 1997 in US and moved to India in 2001. Prior to starting the Firm in US in 1997, Naren worked with reputed law firms and businesses (Intel and Cirrus Logic between 1988-1994) in US. Naren is registered with the Washington D.C. bar as an Attorney, and with US Patent Office as a Patent Attorney. The clients Naren has represented prior to moving to India include Silicon Graphics, MCI, Covad, etc., in addition to several startups. Naren has a B.Tech degree in computer engineering (1985), a M.S. degree in computer science (1987) and J.D. Degree from Santa Clara University School of Law (1995).
